1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for reasons such as buyer's remorse, incorrect size/color selection, or change of mind. Please verify your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

2. Exceptions: Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

While we do not accept returns, we will provide a replacement or, in specific cases, a refund for items that meet the following criteria:

  • Arrived Damaged: The item was damaged during transit.

  • Manufacturing Defect: The item has a clear manufacturing defect that was present upon arrival.

  • Incorrect Item Received: You received a different item than what you ordered.

3. Eligibility for a Replacement or Refund

To be eligible for a replacement or refund based on the exceptions above, you must meet the following conditions:

  • Contact Us Promptly: You must contact our customer support team at store@idwpublishing.com within 7 days of the delivery date as indicated by the shipping carrier's tracking information.

  • Provide Proof: You must provide your order number and clear, unaltered photographic and/or video evidence of the issue.

    • For damaged items, please include photos of the damaged product and the shipping box.

    • For incorrect items, please include a photo of the item you received and the packing slip.

  • Item Condition: The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging.

4. The "Opened Items" Clause

Opened items are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

An item is considered "opened" if its factory seal, shrink-wrap, or any other protective packaging has been broken, removed, or tampered with.

  • Exception for Defects: The only exception is for a product with a manufacturing defect that could not have been discovered without opening the package. In such a case, you must provide clear evidence that the defect was present before any use. Claims for defects on items showing signs of use will be denied.

5. How to Initiate a Claim

  1. Email our support team at Store@IDWPublishing.com within the specified timeframe.

  2. Include your Order Number in the subject line (e.g., "Claim for Order #[Your Order Number]").

  3. In the body of the email, briefly describe the issue and attach the required photographic/video evidence.

Our team will review your claim within 3-5 business days. We reserve the right to determine the validity of any claim. Frivolous or fraudulent claims will be denied.

6. Our Resolution Process

If your claim is approved:

  • Replacement (Default): We will ship a replacement of the exact same item to you at no additional cost. We do not require you to ship the damaged or incorrect item back to us unless specifically requested by our team. If we do request it, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.

  • Refund (Discretionary): Refunds are issued only in the rare event that a replacement item is out of stock or unavailable. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original method of payment within [e.g., 5-10] business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
